Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a courteous and attentive demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar, and ensure any special dietary requests are noted.
- Serve dishes and drinks efficiently, checking regularly that guests have everything they need and addressing any concerns immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables, polishing silverware, and ensuring a tidy appearance at all times.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow waitstaff to ensure seamless service flow and timely order delivery.
- Handle cash transactions, process credit card payments, and issue receipts in accordance with company policies.
- Promote daily specials, upsell complementary items such as desserts or beverages, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards, including proper food handling and personal grooming guidelines.
- Participate in regular training sessions, staff meetings, and performance reviews to continuously improve service quality.
Requirements
- Female, hijab‑wearing, aged between 18 and 30 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Physically and mentally healthy, able to stand for long periods and lift trays safely.
- Not currently enrolled in college or employed elsewhere; full availability for the specified shift.
- Demonstrated discipline, honesty, perseverance, and a strong work ethic.
- Reliable personal transportation is preferred, especially for candidates residing near the restaurant.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
- Familiarity with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and basic arithmetic for handling orders and payments.
