Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and polish billiard tables daily, ensuring cloths are free of stains, debris, and moisture.
- Inspect and maintain all table accessories (tips, bolts, cushions) and report any signs of wear or damage to the maintenance supervisor.
- Vacuum and sweep the surrounding floor area, removing chalk dust, ball fragments, and other residues to keep the playing surface safe and inviting.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, polishing compounds, and replacement cloths, placing orders when stock levels fall below predetermined thresholds.
- Coordinate with the front‑desk team to schedule deep‑cleaning sessions during off‑peak hours, minimizing disruption to guests.
- Follow strict health and safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment and safe handling of chemical cleaners.
- Maintain a clean and organized locker or storage space for tools and supplies, ensuring all equipment is readily accessible.
- Provide occasional assistance in setting up tournament venues, arranging tables, and preparing the area for special events.
- Document daily cleaning activities in the logbook or digital system, noting any anomalies or guest feedback.
- Uphold the company’s standards of professionalism by presenting a neat, well‑groomed appearance at all times.
Requirements
- Male candidates aged 17‑28 years, with a clean and presentable appearance.
- Minimum education: High School (SMA) or equivalent (SMK/Sederajat).
- Strong sense of discipline, honesty, and responsibility; able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time‑management skills and the ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment, with a willingness to learn industry‑specific techniques.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift moderate weights for extended periods.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to interact courteously with guests and colleagues.
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work the standard schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Residency or willingness to relocate to Lubuk Pakam for the duration of employment.
- Commitment to upholding safety standards and reporting any hazards promptly.
