Responsibilities
- Perform detailed nail art designs, including hand‑painting, sculpting, and decorative applications that meet the latest fashion standards.
- Execute salon treatments such as creambath, smoothing (smotting), hair cutting, and coloring with precision and care.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation, adhering to health‑safety regulations at all times.
- Provide personalized consultations, recommending services and products that match each client’s individual needs and preferences.
- Participate in ongoing training programs and skill‑enhancement workshops to stay current with emerging beauty trends and techniques.
- Document client preferences and service history in the salon management system to ensure consistent, high‑quality experiences.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock checks for nail polishes, hair products, and consumables.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests with warmth, patience, and professionalism.
- Collaborate with fellow stylists, therapists, and front‑desk staff to ensure smooth daily operations from Monday to Saturday, 08:00–17:00.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 17–21 years old, unmarried, and female (as per specific client demographic focus).
- Residency: Must reside outside Bukittinggi, allowing for easy commuting or relocation.
- Experience: Prior experience or a strong hobby in nail art and the ability to paint intricate designs.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in creambath, smoothing treatments, hair cutting, and coloring techniques.
- Personal Qualities: Detail‑oriented, meticulous, tidy, patient, diligent, and friendly.
- Commitment: Willingness to sign a two‑year employment contract and engage in continuous training.
- Gender: Open to all genders for general salon duties, while the primary role outlined targets female candidates.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, strong customer‑service orientation, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
