Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Program Development Marketing professional to join our fast‑growing automotive sales team. This role focuses on promoting and selling Honda motorcycles across our regional network. As a key front‑line representative, you will engage prospective customers, deliver compelling product presentations, and consistently meet daily and monthly sales targets. Whether you are a fresh graduate eager to launch your career or a candidate with prior sales experience, this position offers a clear pathway for professional growth within the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new motorcycle buyers through cold calling, networking events, and digital lead generation.
  • Conduct in‑depth product demonstrations, highlighting the unique features, safety standards, and financing options of Honda motorcycles.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, reporting progress to the sales manager.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals while adhering to company policies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop localized promotional campaigns and seasonal offers.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitor activity, customer preferences, and emerging trends to inform product positioning.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using the company’s CRM system.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, product workshops, and dealership events to stay current with Honda’s latest models and technologies.
  • Provide post‑sale support, including scheduling service appointments and addressing any customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Maximum age: 30 years.
  • All genders are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to convey technical details in an approachable manner.
  • Proven negotiation abilities and a persuasive sales mindset.
  • Professional appearance, personable demeanor, and high level of ambition.
  • Prior experience in marketing or sales is preferred, but candidates without experience will be considered if they demonstrate enthusiasm and a proactive attitude.
  • Own a valid driver’s license (SIM C) and personal transportation for client visits.
  • Key soft skills: accuracy, quick adaptation to changing market conditions, teamwork, and resilience under pressure.
  • Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:15 – 17:00.
