Responsibilities
- Oversee daily project activities, ensuring each task aligns with strategic objectives and client expectations.
- Manage and nurture vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, monitoring performance, and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate directly with the CEO to prioritize tasks, track progress, and deliver on agreed milestones.
- Develop, propose, and maintain project budgets and timelines, adjusting resources as needed to stay within scope.
- Guarantee timely delivery of project deliverables while maintaining meticulous file organization and version control.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and successes to clients, gathering feedback and essential information to refine future work.
- Facilitate cross‑functional meetings, preparing agendas, minutes, and action items to keep all parties aligned.
- Implement design thinking methodologies to foster creative problem‑solving and user‑centered solutions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular status reports for senior leadership.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 0 years (open to recent graduates and entry‑level professionals).

- Core Skills:
- Design Thinking – ability to apply user‑centric design principles to project planning.
- Excellent communication – both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

- Basic budgeting – comfortable proposing cost estimates and tracking expenditures.
- Vendor management – skill in negotiating and maintaining professional relationships.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
