Responsibilities
- Demonstrate and promote speaker products to walk‑in customers, highlighting key features, sound quality, and connectivity options.
- Conduct live product demonstrations and interactive sessions to engage shoppers and stimulate purchase interest.
- Maintain an attractive and well‑organized product display, ensuring all promotional materials are up‑to‑date.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by applying effective upselling and cross‑selling techniques.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by providing personalized advice and post‑sale support.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to the merchandising and product development teams to help refine future offerings.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions, and report insights to management for strategic adjustments.
- Prepare daily sales reports, inventory status, and activity logs using the company’s retail management system.
- Collaborate with the store’s sales staff and managers to coordinate promotional events, weekend sales drives, and product launches.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding store hygiene, safety, and customer service standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in the audio‑visual (AUVI) or electronics sector.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical specifications in a clear, customer‑friendly manner.
- Professional appearance; well‑groomed and presentable at all times.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
- Analytical mindset for competitor analysis and market trend monitoring.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation, and a proactive attitude.
