We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Promotor Sales Produk Konsumen. Responsibilities
- Actively promote Vivo smartphones and accessories to walk‑in customers, highlighting key features, promotions, and differentiators.
- Engage customers through product demonstrations, hands‑on trials, and personalized consultations to drive purchase decisions.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring product displays are stocked, clean, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Handle inbound inquiries via phone or messaging platforms, providing accurate information and follow‑up support.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while tracking performance against set KPIs.
- Collect and record customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities to inform the regional marketing team.
- Process sales transactions, issue receipts, and manage basic after‑sales documentation.
- Participate in regular training sessions, product knowledge workshops, and sales strategy meetings.
- Collaborate with store managers and other promotor colleagues to execute in‑store events, flash sales, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and the proper use of customer management tools.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 18 years or older; no upper age limit.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: No prior work experience required, though any background in sales, marketing, or customer service is advantageous.
- Strong communication etiquette and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Proficiency with customer management tools and basic negotiation techniques.
- Demonstrated selling ability, enthusiasm for challenges, and a goal‑oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work a seven‑day schedule (Monday – Sunday) from 09:00 to 17:00.
- Reliable transportation or willingness to commute to assigned retail locations.
