Our PayLater product, powered by Indodana, offers flexible, interest‑free credit options at the point of sale, enabling consumers to purchase now and pay later with ease. As a Sales Promotor, you will be the face of this solution in stores and on the field, helping customers understand and adopt the service while driving measurable sales results.
Responsibilities
- Actively approach and engage store customers to introduce the Indodana PayLater offering.
- Clearly explain the benefits, eligibility criteria, and step‑by‑step usage of PayLater, ensuring customers feel confident using the service.
- Assist customers in completing PayLater transactions, from registration to final checkout, providing hands‑on support as needed.
- Maintain accurate daily logs of customer interactions, transaction volumes, and feedback using our internal CRM system.
- Collaborate with store managers and retail staff to secure optimal placement of promotional materials and ensure a smooth checkout experience.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets, reporting performance metrics to the regional sales supervisor.
- Identify common customer objections and relay insights to the product team for continuous improvement of the PayLater experience.
- Participate in regular training sessions, product updates, and field workshops to stay current on fintech trends and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age range: 19 – 30 years (both male and female candidates are welcome).
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service; experience in fintech or digital payments is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to convey complex financial concepts in simple terms.
- Confident, outgoing personality with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Willingness to work in stores, malls, or field locations with flexible hours (Monday‑Sunday, 10:00‑20:00).
- Basic proficiency with data handling tools and sales‑enablement platforms (e.g., Excel, mobile CRM apps).
- Strong problem‑solving abilities, high level of integrity, and a customer‑first mindset.
