Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and customer‑focused Relationship Officer to join our team in Cilegon, serving the greater Jabodetabek Selatan region. This front‑line role is essential for expanding our market presence, strengthening relationships with existing clients, and converting prospects into loyal customers. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between our multifinance products and the diverse needs of both individual consumers and dealer networks.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the company’s suite of multifinance products to existing customers and new prospects through direct outreach, phone calls, and digital channels.
  • Generate orders from distribution channels, capture initial customer data, and conduct thorough verification of documentation required for credit applications.
  • Prepare, review, and submit complete credit applications, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor the progress of each credit application, providing timely updates to dealers and customers regarding approval status, required actions, and any pending documentation.
  • Communicate credit decisions clearly, outlining repayment terms, due dates, payment locations, and any other relevant information that helps customers manage their obligations.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, track sales pipelines, and generate regular performance reports for management.
  • Collaborate with internal underwriting, risk, and operations teams to resolve issues quickly and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities for cross‑selling additional financial products based on customer needs and market trends.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, training sessions, and community events to stay updated on product enhancements and market dynamics.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3 preferred.
  • Age: maximum 29 years.
  • Gender: all genders are welcome to apply.
  • Valid driver’s license (SIM C) and personal vehicle for field visits.
  • Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and credit evaluation basics.
  • Prior experience in sales or marketing is a significant plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Proficiency with marketing and sales tools, quick adaptation to new technologies, and a results‑driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Flexible schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
