Introduction
We are seeking an energetic and results‑driven Sales Agent BPKB KreditPlus to join our growing team in the Bekasi region. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment and possess a solid track record of meeting sales targets. As a key member of our field sales force, you will be responsible for generating new leads, nurturing existing relationships, and promoting KreditPlus’s vehicle financing solutions across the local market.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential customers through a dedicated team of agents as well as by following up with existing clients.
- Deliver clear, persuasive presentations of BPKB KreditPlus products, current promotions, and financing options.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, update CRM systems, and ensure accurate documentation of all sales activities.
- Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets set by management.
- Build and sustain long‑term relationships with customers, providing post‑sale support and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Coordinate with marketing, underwriting, and operations teams to streamline the loan approval process.
- Report on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to help refine our product offerings.
- Attend weekly sales meetings, training sessions, and occasional field events to stay current on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 20‑35 years old; candidates up to 35 years are considered.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in automotive financing or consumer credit.
- Transportation: Own a motor vehicle and a valid SIM C (motorcycle driver’s license).
- Skills: Excellent communication and persuasive abilities, strong customer‑service orientation, and proficiency with sales management tools (CRM, Excel, mobile apps).
- Work Style: Comfortable working in the field, self‑motivated, and able to manage time independently.
- Availability: Willing to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
