We are currently seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our sales force as Sales Kanvasing Artaboga – Area Cirebon & Plered. The successful candidate will operate within the Cirebon and Plered regions, executing a daily sales route that connects our brand with a wide variety of retail outlets. You will be the face of Artaboga on the ground, responsible for driving product visibility, managing inventory, and achieving sales targets that contribute directly to the company’s growth.
Responsibilities
- Execute a predefined daily sales route, visiting retail stores, kiosks, and direct customers in the Cirebon & Plered area.
- Introduce and demonstrate Artaboga’s product portfolio, highlighting key features, benefits, and promotional offers.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with shop owners, managers, and key decision‑makers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Monitor and manage stock levels at each outlet, ensuring shelves are adequately stocked and product displays meet corporate visual standards.
- Collect and record daily sales data, submit accurate sales reports, and provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities.
- Communicate upcoming promotions, new product launches, and pricing updates to customers in a clear and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams to coordinate deliveries, resolve stock discrepancies, and optimize route efficiency.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the overall performance of the regional sales team.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling complementary products to maximize order value.
- Participate in regular training sessions and sales meetings to stay current on product knowledge and best‑selling techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- No age limit; applicants of any age are welcome.
- Open to all genders.
- Zero to two years of experience in direct sales, retail distribution, or motor sales is acceptable; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers professionally.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage daily routes, stock records, and sales documentation.
- Adaptability and quick learning—able to adjust to changing market conditions and new product introductions.
- Basic administrative competence for accurate sales entry and reporting.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation for daily route coverage.
