Introduction

As a Sales Kanvasing representative, you will be the face of Artaboga on the ground, delivering our product portfolio directly to stores, ensuring optimal shelf presence, and driving revenue growth across your assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Execute daily sales routes to visit retail stores, small shops, and direct customers within the Jakarta Timur area.
  • Introduce and demonstrate Artaboga’s product range, highlighting key features, benefits, and promotional offers.
  • Develop and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with store owners, managers, and purchasing agents.
  • Monitor inventory levels on‑site, ensure proper stock rotation, and promptly report stock‑outs or discrepancies.
  • Accurately record sales transactions, update order forms, and submit daily activity reports to the sales supervisor.
  • Communicate upcoming promotions, new product launches, and pricing changes to retailers, ensuring they are well‑informed.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards by arranging products according to company guidelines, keeping shelves clean and appealing.
  • Achieve or exceed individual sales targets, contributing to the overall performance of the regional sales team.
  • Provide feedback from the field regarding market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to help shape future strategies.
  • Adhere to company policies on safety, ethical conduct, and data confidentiality while on the road.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or an equivalent high school qualification.
  • No upper age limit – we value experience and enthusiasm over chronology.

  • Zero or more years of direct sales experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changing routes, product lines, and market conditions.
  • Basic administrative skills: comfortable handling sales paperwork, digital reporting tools, and inventory logs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with a wide range of customers.
  • Self‑motivation, reliability, and a proactive attitude toward meeting daily targets.
  • Physical stamina to travel on foot, motorbike, or small vehicle for up to 8 hours per day.
  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 07:30 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak promotional periods.
