Introduction
Orangtua Group – Astana Japura is seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our sales force as Sales Kanvasing representatives. This role focuses on direct motorbike sales to retail outlets and end‑customers within a designated daily route. As a front‑line ambassador of our brand, you will be responsible for introducing our product portfolio, building lasting relationships, and achieving defined sales targets while representing the high standards of our company.
Responsibilities
- Visit assigned stores and customers on a daily route, presenting product offerings and closing sales on the spot.
- Introduce new product lines, promotions, and seasonal campaigns to maximize uptake.
- Develop and nurture strong, trust‑based relationships with store owners, managers, and individual buyers.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels in the field, ensuring that stock is replenished in a timely manner.
- Record each transaction, compile daily sales data, and submit concise reports to the regional sales manager.
- Provide feedback from the market regarding customer preferences, competitor activity, and product performance.
- Ensure that product displays, signage, and merchandising comply with corporate visual standards.
- Actively pursue and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: No upper age limit; candidates of any age are encouraged to apply.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Key Skills: Quick adaptation to changing routes and product lines, strong sales administration abilities, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Personal Attributes: Self‑motivated, resilient, customer‑focused, and comfortable working independently on a motorbike.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motorbike safely throughout the workday.
