Responsibilities
- Conduct direct sales visits to shops, distributors, and individual customers following a predefined daily route.
- Present, demonstrate, and explain the features and benefits of Artaobga’s motor products, tailoring the pitch to each customer’s needs.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and high customer satisfaction.
- Identify new sales opportunities within the territory, prospecting for potential accounts and converting leads into sales.
- Manage inventory levels on‑hand, monitor stock movement, and coordinate with the logistics team to replenish product displays.
- Accurately record sales transactions, update customer data, and submit daily sales reports to the regional manager.
- Communicate promotional offers, new product launches, and pricing updates to customers in a timely manner.
- Ensure product displays and merchandising comply with Artaobga’s visual standards and branding guidelines.
- Track performance against monthly and quarterly sales targets, proactively seeking solutions when goals are at risk.
- Provide feedback from the field regarding market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to help shape future strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
