Introduction

The ideal candidate will be a self‑starter with a passion for sales, a reliable personal motorcycle, and the ability to work independently while maintaining close communication with the sales manager. Responsibilities

  • Visit assigned territories on a daily basis, delivering product samples and promotional materials to stores, schools, government offices, and other potential customers.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with shop owners, procurement officers, and decision‑makers to secure new orders and repeat business.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets by actively promoting product features, benefits, and special offers.
  • Maintain accurate records of visits, orders, and customer feedback using the company’s mobile CRM application.
  • Report sales performance, market insights, and competitor activities to the regional sales manager on a regular basis.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any delivery issues that arise in the field.
  • Participate in periodic training sessions to stay updated on new product launches, pricing strategies, and sales techniques.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding safety, vehicle maintenance, and professional conduct while representing the brand on the road.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; no specific degree required.
  • Age: 20 years or older.
  • Open to all gender identities.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, distribution, or any role that involved direct customer interaction and negotiation.
  • Own a reliable motorcycle and possess a valid SIM C driving licence.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet set targets.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Indonesia.
  • High level of personal responsibility, honesty, and a professional attitude towards clients and colleagues.
  • Basic computer literacy for using mobile apps and entering data.
