We are seeking an energetic and results‑driven Sales Motorist for the Sampang region to join our rapidly expanding distribution network. This role is pivotal in promoting our product line across retail outlets, educational institutions, and government agencies throughout the area. Responsibilities
- Visit and establish relationships with shops, institutions, schools, and other potential clients to introduce and place products.
- Develop and execute a daily sales plan that aligns with the company’s target‑driven strategy.
- Maintain a personal inventory of promotional materials and ensure timely delivery to each client.
- Track sales performance, report progress to the manager, and adjust tactics to meet or exceed quotas.
- Provide product demonstrations, answer customer inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to schedule deliveries and confirm order fulfillment.
- Participate in regular sales meetings, share best practices, and contribute ideas for new market opportunities.
- Uphold company policies, maintain accurate records, and demonstrate responsibility for all assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 20 years or older.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: Prior experience in sales, retail, or trading environments is preferred.
- Transportation: Own motorcycle with a valid SIM C license.
- Communication: Strong verbal skills and the ability to interact professionally with managers, clients, and team members.
- Self‑motivation: Proven ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and stay focused on achieving targets.
- Soft Skills: Problem‑solving, resilience, customer‑orientation, and a proactive attitude.
- Technical Skills: Basic familiarity with mobile sales applications or CRM tools is a plus.
