Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Officer – Channeling to join our expanding team in Bondowoso, Jawa Timur. This role is pivotal in driving the company’s growth by promoting our product portfolio to both existing and new customers across a broad network of distribution channels. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between the company, dealers, and end‑consumers, ensuring seamless order processing, credit application handling, and after‑sales support. This is a full‑time position with a Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule, offering the opportunity to work in a fast‑moving, results‑oriented environment while serving a diverse set of markets throughout East Java.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively present and sell the company’s product range to existing customers and identify new prospects within the assigned territory.
  • Secure orders from channel distribution partners, collect initial customer data, and verify the completeness of documentation required for credit applications.
  • Prepare and submit credit applications, ensuring all regulatory and internal compliance standards are met.
  • Monitor the progress of each credit application, communicate approval or rejection decisions promptly to dealers and customers, and guide them through any follow‑up actions.
  • Inform customers of payment due dates, designated collection points, and any additional information necessary to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and credit status in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the logistics and finance teams to guarantee timely delivery of goods and proper invoicing.
  • Provide regular market feedback, including competitor activities, pricing trends, and emerging customer needs, to support strategic planning.
  • Participate in periodic sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors accepted).
  • Age: up to 30 years old; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales or channel‑management role; experience is considered a strong advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to negotiate and build lasting relationships.
  • High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty.
  • Possession of a personal vehicle and a valid, active SIM A/C driving license.
  • Willingness to be placed in any of the following locations according to domicile: Banyuwangi, Blitar, Bojonegoro, Gresik, Jember, Kediri, Kepanjen, Madiun, Malang, Mojokerto, Pamekasan, Pasuruan, Ponorogo, Probolinggo, Sidoarjo, Situbondo, Surabaya, Tuban, Tulungagung.
  • Key skills: B2C sales management, interpersonal communication, sales‑oriented mindset, target achievement, and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
