Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Officer to join our expanding team in Jember, Jawa Timur. This full‑time position offers a vibrant work environment where you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with both existing and new customers, and supporting the company’s distribution network across multiple territories in East Java. The role operates on a Monday‑Saturday schedule from 08:00 to 16:00, providing ample opportunity to develop a robust pipeline while enjoying a balanced work‑life rhythm.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the company’s product portfolio to existing clients and prospect new customers within the assigned territory.
  • Generate orders through various distribution channels, gather initial customer data, and verify the completeness of credit applications and supporting documentation.
  • Track the progress of each credit application, liaise with the credit department, and promptly communicate approval or rejection decisions to dealers and end‑customers.
  • Inform customers of payment schedules, due dates, and collection locations, ensuring transparency and reducing delinquency risk.
  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor product performance, gather market intelligence, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—logistics, finance, and after‑sales support—to guarantee smooth order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales records in the CRM system, preparing weekly and monthly reports for management review.
  • Participate in regional sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events to stay updated on product developments and market trends.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (any discipline) – fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Maximum age: 30 years.
  • At least 1 year of experience in B2C sales, preferably within the automotive, machinery, or consumer goods sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven negotiation abilities.
  • High integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and a results‑driven mindset.
  • Own a reliable motor vehicle and hold a valid SIM A/C.
  • Willingness to be placed in any of the following locations based on domicile: Banyuwangi, Blitar, Bojonegoro, Gresik, Jember, Kediri, Kepanjen, Madiun, Malang, Mojokerto, Pamekasan, Pasuruan, Ponorogo, Probolinggo, Sidoarjo, Situbondo, Surabaya, Tuban, Tulungagung.
