Introduction
Adira Finance is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer to join our team in Manokwari, Papua Barat. This position plays a crucial role in expanding our market presence by promoting financial products to both existing and new customers. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales acumen with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that every customer interaction is professional, transparent, and aligned with the company’s high standards of integrity.
Based at our Manokwari office, the Sales Officer will work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, and will be responsible for driving revenue growth while maintaining excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.
Responsibilities
- Actively market and present Adira Finance’s portfolio of financial products to existing clients and prospective customers, tailoring solutions to meet individual needs.
- Generate new business opportunities by engaging with channel distribution partners, gathering initial data, and qualifying leads.
- Conduct thorough verification of customer documentation, ensuring all required paperwork for credit applications is complete and accurate.
- Monitor the progress of credit applications, providing regular updates to dealers and customers, and communicating final credit decisions promptly.
- Inform customers of payment terms, due dates, and locations, as well as any additional information required for smooth transaction processing.
- Maintain a detailed sales pipeline, tracking leads, conversions, and follow‑up activities using the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams—such as underwriting, risk management, and after‑sales support—to resolve issues and improve the overall customer experience.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activity for management review.
- Participate in training sessions and sales workshops to stay current with product updates, regulatory changes, and best sales practices.
- Uphold Adira Finance’s brand reputation by demonstrating professionalism, honesty, and a customer‑centric approach in all interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field; D3 graduates are also considered if they possess relevant experience.
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- Gender: Male.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a similar sales role, preferably within the financial services or B2C sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build lasting relationships.
- Demonstrated integrity, persistence, meticulousness, and honesty in handling confidential customer information.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for client visits and field activities.
- Proficiency in sales management tools and a solid understanding of target‑driven sales environments.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team atmosphere.
