Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer to join our growing team in Sanggau, Kalimantan. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence by promoting a diverse portfolio of company products to both existing and prospective customers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently while representing the company’s brand with professionalism and integrity. The position offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, and is based in the candidate’s place of residence.
Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and engage new and existing customers to present the company’s product range, tailoring proposals to meet specific client needs.
- Generate sales orders through various distribution channels, ensuring accurate initial data capture and thorough verification of customer documentation.
- Prepare and complete credit applications, coordinating with finance teams to secure approvals while maintaining compliance with internal credit policies.
- Monitor the progress of credit applications, providing timely updates to dealers and customers regarding approval status and any required actions.
- Communicate critical payment information, including due dates, payment locations, and any additional terms, to ensure smooth transaction cycles.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and after‑sales support teams to resolve customer issues and enhance overall satisfaction.
- Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities to recommend strategic adjustments to product positioning and sales tactics.
- Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to align with corporate goals and improve personal effectiveness.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (all fields of study accepted).
- Age: ≤ 30 years.
- Male candidates only (as per current operational guidelines).
- At least 1 year of relevant sales experience; fresh graduates with strong academic records are also encouraged to apply.
- Proven ability in B2C sales management, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer‑focused attitude.
- High level of integrity, persistence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Own a reliable personal vehicle and hold a valid SIM A/C.
- Willingness to work in the designated domicile area and travel within the assigned territory as required.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
