Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer to join our team covering the Painan region. This full‑time position offers the opportunity to represent a leading company in the consumer goods sector, promoting a diverse portfolio of products to both existing and prospective customers. The successful candidate will be based locally, work six days a week, and play a pivotal role in expanding market share while maintaining strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and end‑users.
Responsibilities
- Actively market and sell the company’s product range to existing customers and generate new leads within the assigned territory.
- Secure orders from distribution channels, collect initial customer data, verify information, and complete all necessary documentation for credit applications.
- Monitor the progress of credit applications, liaise with the finance department, and communicate approval or rejection decisions promptly to dealers and customers.
- Provide customers with clear information on payment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any additional requirements to ensure smooth transaction cycles.
- Conduct regular visits to dealers and key accounts to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and identify upselling opportunities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecast future sales, and propose strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, logistics, and after‑sales teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring all customer interactions are logged and follow‑up actions are tracked.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any major) – graduates are welcome.
- Age: maximum 30 years.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in B2C sales or a related field; fresh graduates with strong internship experience are also considered.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for negotiation and relationship building.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Own a reliable personal vehicle and possess a valid active SIM A/C driving license.
- Strong sales management abilities, including target‑driven mindset, ability to close deals, and proficiency in using sales tools.
- Flexibility to work in the Painan area and adapt to a schedule of Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00.
