Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by proactively prospecting and converting leads into online account openings.
- Conduct end‑to‑end digital account opening processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and a seamless customer journey.
- Gather and submit daily performance reports, including canvassing data, achievement status, and key metrics for management review.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop persuasive sales scripts and promotional campaigns tailored to the target market.
- Maintain a well‑organized pipeline of prospects, updating CRM systems with accurate contact information and interaction notes.
- Provide post‑sale support, guiding new customers through account activation, product onboarding, and addressing any initial concerns.
- Utilize personal motor vehicle for travel to client sites, outreach events, and promotional activities as needed.
- Represent the brand with a professional and attractive appearance, reinforcing trust and credibility with potential clients.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any field of study) with a strong academic record.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in bancassurance, financial sales, or a related customer‑facing role.
- Proven ability to meet or surpass sales targets through strategic prospecting and persuasive communication.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and influence decision‑makers.
- Self‑motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and a reliable motor vehicle for field activities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor that reflects the company’s brand values.
- Flexibility to work Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional overtime during promotional periods.
