This is a fast‑paced, commission‑driven role where you will help households and small businesses stay connected with reliable high‑speed internet. Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new customers through cold calling, door‑to‑door visits, and digital outreach.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain MyRepublic’s service plans, emphasizing speed, reliability, and value.
- Build and maintain a personal sales pipeline, track leads in the CRM system, and follow up diligently.
- Negotiate terms, close sales, and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately.
- Provide post‑sale support, answer customer queries, and coordinate installation schedules with the technical team.
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Report daily activities, sales figures, and market feedback to the sales supervisor.
- Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product features and promotional offers.
- Represent MyRepublic with a professional and friendly attitude, fostering brand loyalty in the community.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Age: up to 45 years (maximum 40 years preferred for field mobility).
- All genders accepted.
- Own a motorbike or other reliable motorized transport for travel within the Padang area.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable initiating conversations with strangers.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use mobile apps for CRM and reporting.
- Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to learn about telecom products and stay current with market trends.
