Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and nurture leads for mortgage (KPR) and property sales, converting inquiries into closed transactions.
  • Conduct in‑depth client consultations to assess financing needs, explain loan terms, and recommend suitable mortgage products.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contract terms, and ensure all documentation complies with regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with banks, notaries, and internal legal teams to streamline the credit approval and deed‑signing processes.
  • Maintain a personal pipeline of active prospects, using CRM tools to track progress and forecast sales performance.
  • Provide market intelligence on property trends, pricing, and competitor activities to support strategic planning.
  • Participate in on‑site property tours, open houses, and promotional events to showcase developments to potential buyers.
  • Deliver post‑sale support, guiding clients through the mortgage disbursement and ensuring a smooth handover.
  • Collaborate with fellow sales professionals, marketing, and finance departments to achieve team targets and share best practices.
  • Continuously update personal knowledge of KPR regulations, credit agreements, and emerging financing solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in KPR/Mortgage sales, direct property sales, or as a Sales Promotion Girl (SPG).
  • Own a personal motorbike and hold a valid SIM C; reliable transportation is essential for field visits.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team, maintaining a results‑oriented mindset.
  • Understanding of mortgage administration, credit agreements, and property financing procedures is highly valued.
  • Flexibility to work on a freelance or part‑time basis if preferred.
  • Residency or willingness to work in the Surabaya metropolitan area.
  • Core soft skills: adaptability to market changes, innovative problem‑solving, data‑driven analysis of property trends, and effective multi‑party communication.
