Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain in‑depth product knowledge to effectively communicate features, benefits, and regulatory compliance to retailers and end‑users.
- Introduce, promote, and sell tobacco products to retail outlets, ensuring optimal shelf placement and promotional visibility.
- Achieve and continuously surpass monthly sales targets by implementing data‑driven sales strategies.
- Build, nurture, and sustain professional relationships with customers, distributors, and suppliers to secure repeat business and long‑term partnerships.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, potential gaps, and new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Perform rigorous field research, gather competitor pricing, promotional activities, and consumer feedback to refine sales tactics.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, supplier data, and performance dashboards on a weekly basis.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—marketing, logistics, and finance—to align promotional campaigns with sales objectives.
- Manage a personal schedule efficiently, balancing territory visits, client meetings, and administrative duties within the 07:30‑15:30 work window (Monday‑Saturday).
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations regarding tobacco sales, advertising, and distribution.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a S1 degree in any discipline is highly preferred.
- Age not exceeding 30 years.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the consumer goods or tobacco sector.
- Active SIM C driver’s license and personal motorbike for territory coverage.
- Android smartphone with at least 2 GB RAM for real‑time data entry and communication.
- Strong analytical abilities—competitor analysis, market trend evaluation, and sales data interpretation.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
- High level of honesty, innovation, and a professional appearance.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, meet strict targets, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and basic data visualization software.
