Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Serang Area Field Collection Officer to join our dynamic collections team. This full‑time position is based in Serang, Banten, and plays a critical role in safeguarding the financial health of our portfolio by engaging directly with delinquent borrowers, negotiating repayment solutions, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding obligations. Responsibilities
- Visit assigned debtor locations and deliver Surat Peringatan (warning letters) for accounts overdue more than 20 days.
- Validate the debtor’s financial condition, conduct a thorough analysis of the outstanding balance, and document findings in the collection management system.
- Negotiate payment options that align with both the debtor’s capacity and the company’s recovery policies, aiming for mutually agreeable settlement plans.
- Monitor repayment promises, follow up on scheduled payments, and take corrective action when deadlines are missed.
- Locate and engage customers who are unreachable at their registered address, including field searches at workplaces, relatives’ homes, and other possible contact points.
- Verify and update all customer data, ensuring phone numbers, addresses, and contact details are accurate and current.
- Prepare detailed daily and weekly reports on collection activities, discussing outcomes and challenges with supervisors.
- Coordinate closely with internal collection teams, credit analysts, and legal units to streamline the handling of difficult cases.
- Utilize company‑provided mobile applications and Microsoft Office tools to record interactions, schedule visits, and track performance metrics.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, representing the company’s brand positively in the community.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates, age 21‑59 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in field collection or a related role; fresh graduates with strong motivation are also encouraged to apply.
- Possession of a valid motor vehicle and a minimum SIM C driving license.
- Proven communication and negotiation abilities, with a track record of achieving collection targets.
- High level of persistence, goal orientation, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Competent in using computer applications, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and collection software.
- Residency in Serang, Banten, or willing to relocate to the area.
- Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00.
