Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Server – Penanggung Jawab Pengelolaan Sistem to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team. This role is ideal for a motivated female candidate with a passion for bakery and pastry operations, strong customer‑service instincts, and the ability to manage system‑related tasks efficiently. The position offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with a rotating shift system to support peak business hours.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for a blend of front‑of‑house service and back‑office system management. Core duties include:
- Greeting guests warmly, taking accurate orders, and delivering food and beverages promptly.
- Maintaining an organized and clean service area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Preparing and presenting bakery and pastry items according to company recipes and quality guidelines.
- Operating point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, handling cash transactions, and reconciling daily sales reports.
- Coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and replenishment of menu items.
- Monitoring inventory levels of raw materials, notifying supervisors of low stock, and assisting in ordering processes.
- Training new team members on service protocols, computer system usage, and customer interaction techniques.
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving complaints with a courteous and solution‑focused approach.
- Participating in regular team meetings to discuss performance metrics, suggest improvements, and uphold service excellence.
- Ensuring all equipment, including computers and POS terminals, are maintained and functional throughout the shift.
Requirements
Applicants must meet the following qualifications and possess the listed skills:
- Female (Perempuan) applicant as stipulated by the hiring policy.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent, preferably with a focus on culinary arts or hospitality (Boga).
- At least 0 – 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage service, with specific exposure to bakery and pastry environments.
- Demonstrated good attitude, professional appearance, and courteous demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work accurately, meticulously, and with a focus on detail-oriented tasks.
- Team player mentality, willing to collaborate and support colleagues during busy periods.
- Flexibility to work shift schedules, including weekends.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with POS software and inventory management systems.
- Disciplined, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of service.
