Responsibilities

  • Greet guests promptly, present menus, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on food and beverage selections.
  • Take accurate orders using a POS system, communicate special requests to kitchen staff, and ensure timely delivery of dishes.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area, adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, promptly addressing any concerns or special needs.
  • Collaborate with fellow servers, bartenders, and kitchen personnel to ensure smooth service flow and efficient table turnover.
  • Handle cash, credit card transactions, and end‑of‑shift reconciliation with precision.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on menu changes, seasonal promotions, and service protocols.
  • Uphold the restaurant’s brand image by maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum D3/D4 degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field.
  • Age: Open to candidates of all ages, with a maximum limit that aligns with company policy.
  • Gender: All genders are welcome to apply.
  • Experience: At least 0‑2 years of experience in restaurant or food‑service environments; prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Key Skills:
    • Strong service‑oriented mindset with a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • High level of discipline, responsibility, diligence, and integrity.
    • Effective teamwork and collaborative spirit.
    • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday).
  • Availability: Must not be enrolled in full‑time college or school programs during working hours.
  • Work Schedule: 08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Saturday.
