- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, promptly addressing any concerns or special needs.
- Collaborate with fellow servers, bartenders, and kitchen personnel to ensure smooth service flow and efficient table turnover.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and end‑of‑shift reconciliation with precision.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on menu changes, seasonal promotions, and service protocols.
- Uphold the restaurant’s brand image by maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field.
- Age: Open to candidates of all ages, with a maximum limit that aligns with company policy.

- Experience: At least 0‑2 years of experience in restaurant or food‑service environments; prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
