Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Spesialis Keamanan dan Pengawasan Aset to join our growing security team. This role is pivotal in safeguarding our facilities, assets, and personnel, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all employees, visitors, and contractors. The successful candidate will operate in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment, applying vigilance, quick decision‑making, and strong interpersonal skills to protect the company’s valuable resources.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the entire company premises, including warehouses, production floors, parking lots, and perimeter fences, to deter and detect any security breaches.
- Control and monitor all entry and exit points, verifying identification for employees, visitors, and vehicles, and maintaining accurate logs of access.
- Operate and oversee CCTV systems, ensuring continuous surveillance coverage and promptly reviewing footage when incidents are reported.
- Respond swiftly to alarms, emergency calls, and incident reports, coordinating with internal teams and external law‑enforcement agencies when necessary.
- Investigate incidents such as theft, vandalism, trespassing, or any suspicious activity, documenting findings in detailed incident reports for management review.
- Provide clear and timely communication with management, delivering daily security briefings and immediate updates during critical events.
- Maintain and inspect security equipment, including radios, flashlights, and patrol vehicles, ensuring all tools are functional and ready for use.
- Assist in the development and implementation of security policies, emergency response plans, and safety drills, contributing to a culture of proactive risk management.
- Collaborate with other departments to conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and provide recommendations for improving physical security measures.
- Participate in ongoing training programs, such as first‑aid, fire‑extinguishing, and conflict de‑escalation, to stay current with best practices in security operations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age limit: up to 35 years old.
- Gender: Male (as per current operational requirements).
- Physical fitness sufficient to perform patrols, stand for long periods, and respond to emergencies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with staff, visitors, and authorities.
- Strong teamwork orientation with the ability to work independently when required.
- Attention to detail, high level of alertness, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Valid security training certificate (e.g., Gada Pratama) is highly preferred; fresh graduates with the certificate will be considered.
- Prior experience as a security officer is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in using basic security software and reporting tools.
- Commitment to a regular work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
