Introduction

We are looking for a dynamic Spesialis KOL (Kategori F&B) to join our fast‑growing marketing team. In this role you will lead the end‑to‑end execution of influencer (KOL) campaigns that showcase food and beverage brands across TikTok, Instagram and other short‑form platforms. The ideal candidate combines a solid academic background with at least one year of hands‑on experience in influencer management, possesses a keen eye for emerging food trends, and thrives in a collaborative, deadline‑driven environment. This full‑time position follows a Monday‑to‑Friday schedule (10:00 – 18:00) and offers the chance to work closely with a vibrant pool of culinary creators and leading F&B merchants.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage the complete lifecycle of KOL/creator campaigns for multiple F&B brands, from brief to post‑campaign analysis.
  • Identify, vet, and onboard food‑focused creators from our talent pool, ensuring alignment with brand values and target audiences.
  • Conduct thorough creator briefings that clarify campaign objectives, deliverables, visual style, and compliance guidelines.
  • Coordinate creator schedules, merchant visits, and on‑site shooting logistics to guarantee smooth execution.
  • Monitor content production milestones, approve drafts, and ensure timely uploads according to the campaign calendar.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, conversion, and ROI, and generate actionable insights for future activations.
  • Maintain and nurture strong relationships with both creators and merchant partners, acting as the primary point of contact for any issue or opportunity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including creative, performance marketing, and sales—to scale campaigns efficiently and maximize brand impact.
  • Stay current on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and emerging short‑form trends, especially those resonating within the food and beverage sector.
  • Prepare regular status reports and present findings to senior leadership to support strategic decision‑making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum S1) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in KOL management, influencer marketing, digital agencies, or similar environments.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and other short‑form content ecosystems, with a particular focus on the F&B niche.
  • Excellent project management and coordination skills, capable of juggling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for relationship building and stakeholder management.
  • Detail‑oriented mindset, comfortable working with tight deadlines and fast‑changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, media ad analysis, and collaborative platforms.
  • Experience recruiting, onboarding, and guiding content creators is a significant advantage.
