Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Gender: Female (per company policy).
- At least 1 year of proven experience managing KOL or influencer partnerships, preferably within premium or lifestyle brands.
- Strong aesthetic sense with a keen eye for visual consistency and brand storytelling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, confident negotiation abilities, and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with digital communication tools (e.g., email platforms, Slack, project management software) and marketing analytics suites.
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of social media platforms, algorithm changes, and emerging digital trends.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
