Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Spesialis Layanan Pelanggan – Customer Service to join our dynamic team in Depok. This full‑time, on‑site position offers a competitive salary range of Rp2.000.000 – Rp3.000.000 and a stable work environment where you will be the frontline ambassador for our brand. You will interact with customers through phone, chat, and email, providing accurate information, resolving issues quickly, and ensuring a consistently high level of satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests via telephone, live chat, and email.
  • Deliver clear, concise product and service information, tailoring explanations to the customer’s level of technical understanding.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot common problems, applying proven problem‑solving techniques to reach effective resolutions.
  • Document every interaction in the CRM system, capturing details of the issue, actions taken, and follow‑up steps.
  • Coordinate with internal departments—such as sales, technical support, and logistics—to ensure timely resolution of complex cases.
  • Conduct follow‑up communications to verify that solutions have been implemented successfully and that the customer is fully satisfied.
  • Identify recurring issues and share insights with the Quality Assurance team to drive continuous process improvement.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product features, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate guidance.
  • Support team initiatives, participate in regular training sessions, and contribute ideas for enhancing the overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in a customer service or similar role.
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—and a courteous, patient demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency with standard computer applications, including MS Office, email clients, and chat platforms.
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving abilities with a focus on delivering quick and effective solutions.
  • Open to all genders; no age limit.
  • Willingness to work on‑site (Work From Office) in Depok, Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00.
