Responsibilities
- Engage shoppers with friendly greetings and proactive product demonstrations to stimulate interest and boost sales.
- Maintain an in‑depth knowledge of the company’s product portfolio, including features, benefits, and promotional offers.
- Execute daily sales promotion activities such as sampling, product displays, and point‑of‑sale merchandising.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve any concerns to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Track and report daily sales performance, inventory movements, and feedback to the store manager.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement seasonal campaigns and special events at the outlet.
- Ensure the sales floor is tidy, organized, and visually appealing, adhering to brand standards.
- Assist in processing transactions, managing cash registers, and maintaining accurate sales records when required.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new product launches and sales techniques.
- Uphold company policies, demonstrate honesty in all interactions, and act as a brand ambassador.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years old (flexible based on local labor regulations).
- Gender: Female (preference, but all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply).
- At least 6 months of proven experience as a Sales Promotion staff or similar retail role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to convey product information clearly.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a friendly demeanor, and a genuine passion for customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets through persuasive selling techniques.
- Good organizational skills, punctuality, and a reliable work ethic.
- Honest, trustworthy, and capable of representing the company’s values at all times.
- Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, including occasional promotional events outside regular hours.
