We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) – Female to join our vibrant team at the Selvy boutique located inside Mall Artha Gading. This full‑time position offers a dynamic retail environment where you will engage directly with shoppers, showcase the full Selvy product range, and help drive sales through a target‑oriented approach. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with confidence, establishing a friendly and professional first impression.
- Present and demonstrate Selvy products, explaining features, benefits, and styling options to meet individual customer needs.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets by proactively upselling and cross‑selling complementary items.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring merchandise is stocked, labeled, and displayed according to brand guidelines.
- Process transactions accurately using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and handle cash, credit, and digital payments without errors.
- Track inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and report discrepancies to the store manager.
- Provide after‑sales support, including handling returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries in a courteous manner.
- Participate in regular product training sessions to stay updated on new arrivals, promotional campaigns, and seasonal trends.
- Utilize social media and in‑store digital tools to engage customers, promote flash sales, and generate foot traffic.
- Adhere to the store’s operational schedule: 9 hours of work plus a 1‑hour break, Monday through Sunday, from 09:00 to 19:00.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female candidates only; age not exceeding 23 years.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a retail or sales promotion role.
- Strong communication skills and confidence when interacting with diverse customers.
- Comfortable using modern technology; no “gaptek” (technology‑averse) attitude.
- Excellent numerical ability – precise in calculations, cash handling, and inventory tracking.
- Residence near Mall Artha Gading is highly preferred to ensure punctuality and reliability.
- Graduates of the 2024 or 2025 cohort are encouraged to apply, provided they meet the experience criteria.
- Ability to work a fast‑paced schedule, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and maintain a positive attitude throughout the shift.
