Introduction

We are expanding our operations in Pekanbaru and are seeking energetic, responsible individuals to join our team as Sprinter/Kurir Motor. This full‑time position offers a dynamic work environment where you will play a crucial role in ensuring that parcels and cargo reach customers safely, on schedule, and with the highest level of professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Load, secure, and transport goods using a personal motorbike, adhering to all safety protocols and traffic regulations.
- Deliver parcels to designated addresses throughout the Pekanbaru region, ensuring timely arrival and proper handling.
- Conduct pre‑delivery inspections of orders to verify item completeness, packaging integrity, and documentation accuracy.
- Perform post‑delivery checks, confirming receipt by customers, obtaining signatures where required, and reporting any discrepancies.
- Assist with loading and unloading items from the motorbike, especially for heavy or bulky shipments, using proper lifting techniques.
- Maintain accurate daily logs of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents, and submit these reports to the dispatch supervisor.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly, answering basic inquiries, and representing JNT’s brand values during each interaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Age between 18 and 50 years, with no upper age limit beyond the maximum specified.
- Possession of a well‑maintained motorbike in good mechanical condition.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (A) and clean driving record.
- Ownership of an Android smartphone with at least 3 GB RAM to run the JNT delivery app.
- Resides within the assigned service area or is willing to relocate as required.
- Clear communication skills, ability to speak politely and convey information accurately.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
