Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Supervisor Tim Operasional / Leader Proyek to join our fast‑growing Food & Beverage (F&B) operations team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our outlet runs smoothly, delivers exceptional guest experiences, and achieves its sales targets. Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the assigned outlet, ensuring compliance with company standards, health and safety regulations, and service excellence.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of front‑line staff, including servers, kitchen assistants, and junior supervisors, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, coordinate with the purchasing department, and conduct regular stock checks to minimize waste.
- Analyze sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to develop actionable plans that boost revenue, improve average check size, and increase table turnover.
- Implement promotional campaigns and upselling techniques, working closely with the marketing team to align in‑store execution with brand objectives.
- Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure that every customer leaves with a positive impression.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, labor costs, and operational efficiency for senior management review.
- Schedule staff shifts, manage attendance, and ensure appropriate staffing levels during peak and off‑peak hours.
- Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, service standards, and safety protocols.
- Maintain the aesthetic appeal of the outlet, ensuring cleanliness, proper signage, and a welcoming ambience.
Requirements
- Maximum age: 35 years.
- Education: Minimum D3/Associate degree or equivalent; high school (SMA/SMK) is acceptable with relevant experience.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in an F&B outlet.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Professional appearance, honesty, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Proven track record in sales development and meeting performance targets.
- Resident preferably in Cilandak or surrounding areas, with reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities, time‑management skills, and a customer‑centric mindset.
