Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Staf Administrasi (JS – ADM) to join our dynamic team at our Tegal branch. This full‑time position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities and supporting the broader operational objectives of the branch. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and will be an integral part of a collaborative environment that values professionalism, accuracy, and proactive communication.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive administrative tasks including filing, document preparation, and data entry to support branch operations.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, such as drafting emails, memos, and reports for management and clients.
  • Maintain and update office records, ensuring all information is accurate, up‑to‑date, and securely stored.
  • Assist the marketing team with campaign logistics, promotional material distribution, and basic market research when needed.
  • Schedule appointments, organize meetings, and manage conference room bookings, ensuring all logistical details are covered.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Handle incoming calls and visitors with a professional demeanor, providing excellent customer service.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies, place orders, and oversee the proper maintenance of office equipment.
  • Support the HR function by assisting in onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements to increase efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 or S1 (any major) with a GPA of at least 2.75.
  • Age limit: maximum 25 years old.

  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; highly communicative and detail‑oriented.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
