Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated Staf Administrasi Operasional to join our dynamic team at a leading manufacturing company located in Nganjuk. This full‑time position plays a crucial role in supporting the finance and operations departments, ensuring smooth daily workflows, accurate tax reporting, and effective communication across all levels of the organization. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and will be instrumental in upholding our standards of efficiency, compliance, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process daily operational documents, including purchase orders, delivery notes, and inventory logs.
  • Maintain accurate tax records, assist in filing corporate tax returns, and coordinate with external auditors.
  • Manage and update the company’s master data in ERP and Microsoft Office applications, ensuring data integrity.
  • Coordinate with production supervisors to monitor factory output, track resource utilization, and report variances.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the finance team, including invoice verification, expense tracking, and cash flow monitoring.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and distribute action items to relevant stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential employee documentation such as SKCK, KTP, and KK copies, maintaining strict data privacy standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of internal reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for senior management.
  • Facilitate effective communication between cross‑functional teams, ensuring that information flows promptly and accurately.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, propose solutions, and support implementation of best practices.

Requirements

  • Gender: Open to all genders (originally preferred women, but equal opportunity employment is emphasized).
  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in administrative support, tax accounting, or finance operations within a manufacturing environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning ERP or accounting software.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to both internal teams and external partners.
  • Personal Traits: High level of discipline, decisiveness, teamwork orientation, and a proactive leadership mindset.
  • Documentation: Ability to provide a valid SKCK, photocopies of KTP and KK upon hiring.
  • Location: Willingness to be placed in Nganjuk and commute as required.
