Introduction

We are a fast‑growing manufacturing and logistics hub located in the Pulogadung Industrial Area, East Jakarta. We are currently seeking a diligent Staf Administrasi Perkantoran to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth flow of information, accurate record‑keeping, and effective coordination across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Compose, proofread, and type a wide variety of documents including letters, reports, memoranda, and professional emails, ensuring adherence to corporate style guidelines.
  • Manage inbound and outbound correspondence, tracking courier deliveries, and maintaining a log of all received and sent mail.
  • Implement and maintain a systematic filing system for hard‑copy and digital documents, guaranteeing easy retrieval and compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare and replenish office supplies (ATK) for supervisors, monitoring inventory levels to avoid disruptions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable workspace for senior staff, including occasional coordination of minor office upkeep tasks.
  • Process operational expense claims, verify supporting documents, and liaise with finance for timely reimbursement.
  • Support cross‑functional teams by providing administrative assistance for meetings, travel arrangements, and special projects.
  • Assist in data entry and basic analysis using Microsoft Excel, contributing to monthly performance dashboards.
  • Continuously improve office procedures by proposing efficient workflow solutions and adopting best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK (Science stream) or equivalent; a background in accounting is preferred.
  • At least 4 years of proven experience in an administrative or office support role within a corporate or industrial environment.
  • Exceptional typing speed and accuracy (minimum 70 wpm) with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint – and competent use of email platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a genuine interest in handling data and numbers.
  • Professional demeanor: courteous, disciplined, meticulous, proactive, honest, and accountable.
  • Well‑groomed appearance suitable for a corporate setting.
  • Willingness to work overtime when project deadlines or operational demands arise.
  • Residence within the Pulogadung Industrial Area or surrounding neighborhoods in East Jakarta.
  • Flexibility to work Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑16:30, with occasional weekend support if required.
