Responsibilities

- Create and manage promotional materials, including flyers, brochures, social media posts, and email newsletters, using Microsoft Office and basic design tools.
- Coordinate field marketing activities such as product demonstrations, roadshows, and retail activation events, ensuring logistical support and timely execution.
- Support the sales team by preparing sales kits, presentations, and product information sheets that effectively communicate value propositions.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI, preparing regular reports for management review.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including product development, customer service, and logistics—to ensure seamless campaign rollout.
- Maintain a reliable schedule for weekly and monthly meetings, providing updates on project status, challenges, and successes.
- Utilize personal two‑wheel vehicle and valid SIM C for on‑site visits, client meetings, and market scouting activities.
- Uphold a high standard of professionalism, honesty, and communication, fostering trust with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Requirements
- Male candidate, minimum education of SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with basic data entry and presentation skills.
- Prior exposure to product or field marketing—internships, part‑time roles, or volunteer experience are acceptable.
- Strong teamwork orientation; ability to collaborate effectively with diverse departments.
- Own a two‑wheel vehicle and hold a valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C) for field assignments.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear, persuasive messaging.
- Highly motivated, target‑driven, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, including occasional weekend events.
