We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Staff Operasional dan Kru Pendukung to join our dynamic team in the vibrant area surrounding UNPAR Ciumbuleuit, Bandung. As a key member of our operations crew, you will contribute directly to the smooth functioning of our food‑and‑beverage (FnB) outlets, ensuring that every customer experience is memorable and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily opening and closing procedures, including cash register reconciliation and inventory counts.
- Assist in preparing, serving, and restocking beverages such as ex‑mixue, wedrink, and other specialty drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, turning challenges into positive outcomes.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff, suppliers, and fellow team members to guarantee timely product availability.
- Track sales data, generate simple reports, and provide insights to improve operational efficiency.
- Support promotional events, seasonal menu launches, and special catering orders.
- Monitor equipment functionality, report maintenance needs, and assist in minor troubleshooting.
- Uphold company policies on uniform, punctuality, and workplace conduct.
Requirements
- Minimum age: 20 years.
- Education: At least a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

- Strong numeracy skills – comfortable with cash handling, basic calculations, and POS systems.
- Excellent communication abilities – clear, friendly, and responsive to both customers and colleagues.
- Physical agility and the ability to stand for extended periods.
- Prior experience in the FnB sector, especially with ex‑mixue, wedrink, or similar beverage concepts, is highly preferred.
- Residency within or near Ciumbuleuit, Sukajadi, Tamansari, or surrounding neighborhoods is a distinct advantage.
- Familiarity with basic store management systems and inventory software.
