Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and proactive Warehouse and Logistics Operations Staff to join our fast‑growing distribution team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining strict quality standards and a clean, organized warehouse environment. This role is pivotal in supporting our supply chain efficiency, helping us meet customer expectations and sustain our competitive edge in the market.
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming shipments from suppliers and carriers, verifying quantities and physical condition against delivery documents.
- Conduct thorough Quality Control inspections on every received item, documenting any discrepancies or damages and reporting them to the Purchasing department within one business day (H+1).
- Organize and store products on the second‑floor warehouse, grouping items by category and ensuring they remain dust‑free, clean, and undamaged.
- Maintain the first‑floor display racks by replenishing stock promptly, keeping shelves tidy, and preventing any items from being left on the floor.
- Record all inbound and outbound movements in the inventory system, updating stock levels accurately and in real time.
- Prepare detailed activity reports covering stock inflow/outflow, damages, returns, and current inventory balances.
- Pick orders according to pick lists, pack items securely, and prepare them for shipment while adhering to safety and packaging standards.
- Assist with outbound deliveries when required, balancing the workload with ongoing warehouse tasks.
- Perform repacking tasks such as bundling ID card straps in sets of ten or rolling paper sheets (Manila, oil‑coated, kraft) into organized packs.
- Monitor low‑stock alerts daily and notify Purchasing of items that need replenishment.
- Conduct weekly stock opname (physical inventory counts) to verify system accuracy.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, orderly, and well‑maintained, performing routine care of all equipment and storage fixtures.
- Participate in creating company branding content, showcasing warehouse operations as part of our corporate image.
- Provide cross‑functional support to other departments, especially during peak periods or when packing online orders.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Male candidates, age 30 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform accurate quality inspections.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills; able to coordinate effectively with Purchasing, Sales, and Operations.
- Basic computer literacy, especially with inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
- Physical stamina to lift, move, and organize goods regularly.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Sunday, from 07:45 am to 05:00 pm, including occasional overtime for shipments.
