Introduction
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Staf Operasional Gudang dan Logistik to join our dynamic supply‑chain team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth flow of goods from inbound receipt to outbound delivery, supporting our commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment, collaborating closely with procurement, production, and distribution teams.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily inbound and outbound activities, including receiving, unloading, sorting, and shipping of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) and conduct regular cycle counts.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
- Monitor stock levels of raw materials and finished products, initiating replenishment orders to prevent stock‑outs.
- Organize storage locations for optimal space utilization and ease of access, adhering to safety and handling standards.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment, pallets, and storage facilities to identify and resolve safety hazards.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to schedule deliveries and manage vendor relationships.
- Generate daily and weekly performance reports on key metrics such as order fulfillment rate, inventory accuracy, and turnaround time.
- Assist in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, such as lean processes and waste reduction.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff on warehouse procedures and best practices.
Requirements
- Age: 23–30 years old.
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 (Diploma) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1–2 years of proven experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of honesty and integrity.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management software and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Physical stamina to handle manual tasks, including lifting and moving goods safely.
