Responsibilities

- Support the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams by restocking supplies, preparing basic food items, and ensuring all stations are well‑supplied.
- Handle cash transactions, process orders, and operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately.
- Provide friendly, prompt, and professional service to guests, addressing inquiries and resolving minor issues on the spot.
- Collaborate with teammates to manage peak‑hour traffic, ensuring efficient seating, order delivery, and table turnover.
- Monitor and report equipment malfunctions, stock shortages, or any safety hazards to management immediately.
- Participate in regular training sessions on customer service, food handling, and emergency procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of daily reports, such as sales summaries and inventory logs.
- Uphold the restaurant’s brand standards, contributing ideas for menu improvements or service enhancements.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 18 – 35 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Experience in a restaurant or similar hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Capacity to work under pressure, especially during busy periods.
- Basic proficiency with a point‑of‑sale system and familiarity with inventory management.
- Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with occasional overtime as needed.
