Introduction

Responsibilities

  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setting up dining areas, checking inventory, and securing the premises.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment by adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Support the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams by restocking supplies, preparing basic food items, and ensuring all stations are well‑supplied.
  • Handle cash transactions, process orders, and operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately.
  • Provide friendly, prompt, and professional service to guests, addressing inquiries and resolving minor issues on the spot.
  • Collaborate with teammates to manage peak‑hour traffic, ensuring efficient seating, order delivery, and table turnover.
  • Monitor and report equipment malfunctions, stock shortages, or any safety hazards to management immediately.
  • Participate in regular training sessions on customer service, food handling, and emergency procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation of daily reports, such as sales summaries and inventory logs.
  • Uphold the restaurant’s brand standards, contributing ideas for menu improvements or service enhancements.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: 18 – 35 years.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
  • Experience in a restaurant or similar hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Capacity to work under pressure, especially during busy periods.
  • Basic proficiency with a point‑of‑sale system and familiarity with inventory management.
  • Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with occasional overtime as needed.
  • Placement: Sragen City.
