Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Staf Pemasaran Digital dan Media Sosial to join our growing marketing team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence, driving brand awareness, and converting digital interactions into tangible business results. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives.
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media profiles across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter.
  • Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and emerging ad networks.
  • Conduct keyword research, on‑page SEO, and technical SEO audits to improve organic search rankings.
  • Create compelling copy, graphics, and short‑form video content tailored to target audiences and platform specifications.
  • Coordinate with the design team to produce visual assets that reinforce campaign messaging.
  • Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, engagement rates) and produce weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align promotional calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activities to recommend strategic adjustments.
  • Maintain a content calendar, schedule posts using social media management tools, and ensure timely publishing.
  • Support email marketing initiatives, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and automation workflows.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 or S1 in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience managing social media accounts and digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals: SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Demonstrated copywriting ability with a portfolio of engaging posts, ad copies, and blog articles.
  • Proficiency with digital design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) and marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager).
  • Strong analytical mindset: comfortable interpreting data and translating it into strategic recommendations.
  • Creative, communicative, and able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent time‑management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Age: maximum 35 years; gender: open to all.
  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 09:00 – 17:00.
