Responsibilities
- Master product knowledge—including specifications, pricing, promotions, and unique selling points—to present items convincingly during live sessions.
- Set up and continuously monitor lighting, camera angles, microphone quality, and stable internet connectivity to ensure a professional broadcast environment.
- Greet viewers warmly, inject positive energy, and maintain a lively atmosphere that encourages audience participation.
- Read, respond to, and manage real‑time comments and questions, providing accurate information and personalized recommendations.
- Plan and pace the live presentation to avoid monotony, ensuring that all key products receive adequate exposure.
- Arrange product displays and sample items within arm’s reach, facilitating quick demonstrations and seamless transitions.
- Collect and analyze post‑live metrics such as viewer count, total sales, conversion rates, and engagement levels to refine future broadcasts.
- Collaborate with the marketing and inventory teams to align promotional schedules, stock availability, and special offers.
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging live‑shopping platforms to keep our content fresh and competitive.
- Provide feedback on technical equipment needs and suggest improvements to enhance the overall production quality.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male gender as specified by the role’s operational requirements.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; the ability to articulate product benefits clearly and persuasively.
- Basic technical proficiency with lighting setups, DSLR or smartphone cameras, external microphones, and live‑streaming software.

- Self‑discipline to manage time effectively during live sessions and post‑session analysis.
