Responsibilities

- Process transactions accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale system, handling cash, credit, and electronic payments.
- Monitor inventory levels, report low stock, and coordinate with the inventory team to place re‑orders in a timely manner.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly, escalating complex issues to the store manager when necessary.
- Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly sales meetings to discuss performance metrics, share best practices, and set targets.
- Adhere to company policies regarding hygiene, safety, and loss‑prevention, including regular store checks and proper handling of merchandise.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues, sharing knowledge, and supporting peer training initiatives.

Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Age: 18‑25 years.
