Introduction

We are looking for a dedicated Staff Bar Coffee – Pelayanan dan Penyajian Minuman to join our dynamic team in a fast‑growing specialty coffee environment. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about coffee culture, enjoy direct interaction with customers, and are eager to develop their barista skills while advancing through a clear career ladder.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve high‑quality coffee beverages using manual brew methods such as V60 and Japanese pour‑over techniques.
  • Create visually appealing latte art that enhances the customer experience and promotes brand consistency.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all workstations, equipment, and the dining area in accordance with health and safety standards.
  • Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other consumables, ensuring timely re‑ordering and minimal waste.
  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to guests, including answering questions about coffee origins, roast profiles, and brewing methods.
  • Handle cash transactions, process orders through the POS system, and reconcile daily sales reports.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during peak hours, including delegating tasks and supporting colleagues when needed.
  • Participate in regular training sessions on new menu items, equipment maintenance, and emerging coffee trends.
  • Uphold brand standards by adhering to dress code, punctuality, and professional conduct at all times.
  • Contribute ideas for menu innovation and promotional events to attract new customers.

Requirements

  • Maximum age: 28 years.
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1–2 years of proven experience as a barista in a high‑volume coffee shop or café.
  • Proficiency in basic manual brew methods (V60, Japanese style) and advanced latte‑art techniques.
  • Strong work ethic: honest, responsible, and willing to work hard.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly with customers of diverse backgrounds.
  • Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to support coworkers during busy periods.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 kg when handling coffee bean bags and equipment.
  • Flexible schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
