Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Staff Operasi Logistik Warehouse to join our dynamic logistics team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth flow of goods through our warehouse, supporting both inbound and outbound operations, and maintaining high standards of efficiency and accuracy. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in automotive studies, hands‑on warehouse experience, and a keen eye for process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of automotive parts and related products.
- Monitor inventory levels using warehouse management systems (WMS) and conduct regular cycle counts to prevent discrepancies.
- Supervise and guide junior staff and temporary workers, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and company SOPs.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order fulfillment rate, picking accuracy, and on‑time delivery.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and transportation teams to align warehouse capacity with demand forecasts.
- Identify bottlenecks in the logistics chain and propose actionable improvements to streamline workflows.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free warehouse environment, conducting regular inspections and safety drills.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for development.
- Assist in the implementation of new technology solutions, such as barcode scanning and automated inventory tracking.
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving order issues promptly and communicating status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Automotive Engineering or a related technical field.
- Age: Maximum 30 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably within the automotive sector.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members and partners.
- Target‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding operational goals.
- Proficiency in logistics monitoring processes, warehouse activity oversight, and overall warehouse management.
- Familiarity with WMS software, MS Office (especially Excel), and basic data analysis.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with flexibility for occasional overtime during peak periods.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
