We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable part‑time staff to join the BBS Bungeoppang outlet located in Aeon Mall Deltamas. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining smooth outlet operations, ensuring product quality, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every visitor.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service & Cash Handling: Greet customers warmly, take orders, operate the POS system, and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Product Preparation: Prepare and bake Bungeoppang to the company’s quality standards, monitor cooking times, and ensure consistent presentation.
- Outlet Cleanliness: Keep the counter, cooking area, and dining space clean and hygienic, adhering to food‑safety regulations at all times.
- Inventory Management: Receive deliveries, inspect stock, organize ingredients, and conduct regular checks to prevent shortages.
- Sales Reporting: Compile daily sales data, reconcile cash drawers, and submit reports in line with corporate procedures.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow staff members to coordinate shift duties, share workload, and maintain a positive work environment.
- Shift Adherence: Commit to a 6‑hour daily schedule, six days a week, with one weekday off, ensuring coverage during peak mall hours.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA), vocational school (SMK), or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a retail, food‑service, or customer‑facing role.
